When he was just a baby chick, Chance was used as a prop in a cruel prank. Luckily he ended up in the lap of some compassinoate people who took him home to Sky’s the Limit Sanctuary, in Lakebay, Washington. They learned that he was bred for meat—he’d normally be slaughtered at just 12 weeks—so he grew too fast for his own good. Chance is in good hands tough, and is getting the attention, love, and medical care he needs to live a long and happy life at the sanctuary.
